Summary Of The Unit Summary Of The Unit This unit explores the advantages and

disadvantages of buying natural foods. Reading one focuses on the basic issues in buying organic or regular produce. Reading two extends the discussion of natural foods to other food products. When we shop for fruits and vegetables, we choose them for color,size,softness/hardness, smell and of course price.

It is said by some people that some foods can change the mood you are in.

Grammar: Count and Non-Count nounsCount nouns refer to people or things that

can be counted.They can be singular or plural.Use a or an before a singular count noun.Plural count nouns needs only –s or –es at the end of the word.Numbers can be used with count nouns.

Examples: I need an onion. Do you want a cup of tea?I will buy some red tomatoes. These apples are

red.
