Additional information:

The witness must be an individual, not related to the learner, who is in a position to make valid comment about their performance.

It is not acceptable for candidates to produce written witness statements for witnesses to sign.

Witness statements:• must describe what they witnessed the candidate doing • can be written or oral accounts of a candidate’s performance• do not have to be written by the witness, they may be recorded by the assessor after

discussion with the witness and confirmed as accurate by the witness• should not contain just a list of the skills • should not be used to evidence the achievement of a whole unit

The assessor will then judge whether the evidence presented meets the standards required by the assessment criteria for the unit. Often it will be necessary for assessors to make contact with witnesses to ensure:a) the witness statement is authentic b) the assessor’s interpretation of the witness statement is accurate

WWW

4PS TO 4CS

Adobe creative cloud – really good attention detail and what you will need for your employees and to create the magazine.

Front Cover ‘ROQ’ very appealing – the front cover and DPS really stand out and the images are top quality.

Above the line marketing – excellent Billboard!

EBI

Finish off your Production Plan in more detail – add in your logo.

You said your magazine is 20 pages – looks like it has more than 20 pages and it should do.

You need a magazine Flat Plan for BOTH ideas.

Why is ROQ your preferred idea? Connotations behind the name?

You need to go into more detail on your second magazine idea – it still looks great and I want to know more about the connotations behind the name ‘Tempo’.

Page 10: Unit 13 Witness Statements

Spending Power – you need to make this clear what slide is your spending down?

Plan for the images – there is a Photoshoot Plan template in the public drive you need to fill out and put in your pitch.

Plan for the magazine – sales figures, Profit/Loss breakdown, Future editions

Distribution costs.
