Comprising of 14 storeys, this $86 million development is inspired by New York architecture. The building boats prefinished pre-cast steel and glass elements to create a facade that compliments the grainy urban feel of the environment. The development meets Hamilton Place at a lively retail strip, and will soon become an icon on the Bowen Hills skyline.

Residents enter the building through the exclusive arbour, which is encased in naturally occurring native plants leading to a sun catching entry lobby. The landscaped

Construction is complete on this 100 land lot subdivision in Glen Eden, Eastern suburbs of Gladstone. The project was undertaken to develop quality land lots to service the huge demand of the employees of the resources sector and the associated major infrastructure projects.

The Sheraton Mirage Resort and Spa Hotel plus the adjacent parcel of land occupying the Sports Mirage was purchased by MiiGroup in March 2010.

This is one of Australia’s landmark iconic beachfront properties. The landmark property was earmarked as a gilt-edged premium property purchase of the highest calibre, establishing the investment credibility and credentials of MiiGroup.

Since its acquisition the Hotel has undergone a refurbishment valued at $30 million to reinstate its 5 star quality branding and be once again recognised as a leader within the tourism / leisure

This comprises a master-planned residential and resort community incorporating 400 houses and 1,200 apartments, villas and hotel rooms with a commercial shopping centre precinct. Most of the project has been developed and sold, and is regarded as an exciting new, innovative, trendsetting, beachside community.

A development undertaken by the Azzura Corporation as a redevelopment of the iconic Pink Poodle site in Surfers Paradise. The project featured a day spa and retail offering on the group floor.

A development, part of the Robina residential and master planned community, incorporating a residential land subdivision over a large acreage, a commercial village shopping centre and villas developed adjacent to the Robina Town Shopping Centre and the Robina Golf Course, successfully developed and sold. This project was undertaken by a German investor called Great Southern Land Pty Ltd.

A large mixed-use residential and commercial development undertaken by the Ray Group at Coolangatta, Gold Coast Australia. Kings Forest Residential Master Planned Community,

The Towers of Chevron Renaissance, Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia

A planned project owned initially by a Japanese owner/investor but now owned by the Leda group. This project is over 1,000 acres comprising a planned new town, a large residential component incorporating a residential estate and medium density, two golf courses, a regional shopping centre, and a university and senior private school. This project was managed by Paul Brinsmead, who managed all existing development approvals and all planning and design.

A development undertaken by Consolidated Properties. This project comprises a large master planned community developed on three kilometres of beachfront, incorporating 600 residential houses, 1,500 apartments, villas and hotels rooms and a large town centre. This project has been significantly developed and sold. It is now regarded as a successful model for master-planned beachfront communities in Australia.

A development undertaken by Raptis. This incorporates three large, residential towers, with two over sixty levels, and a very large shopping centre and commercial office precinct all located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia. This project has been successfully developed, marketed and sold.
