Understand what a Master Plan is• Design it to it’s fullest & Phase it Out, This gives you something to work off of over time

Discuss Phased Budget• Rough estimates, make sure everyone is on the same page

Talk about future utilities and details that may be required and consider them in the first phases to not limit you

Schedule the Project• Determine a tentative start date for the project, it’s all weather dependent working outside!

Paint Out the Project• Layout the Project, verify scale and size

Discuss All Final Details• Make sure all things are being considered, leave with no questions

Updates and Visits from Project Manager• Keep in contact with your PM, make sure everything is going as planned

Learn the Proper Care Techniques• Go through and discuss care techniques for your investment: Planting, Hardscaping, Lighting, Water Features
