“Beyond Hoses and Helmets is an absolute must for any volunteer or combination fire service leader! After 28 years as company president and CEO and 35 years in the volunteer fire service, I have had the opportunity to participate in many different leadership and motivational courses but BH&H ranks among the very best. If a fire chief has the desire to take his/her fire department to the next level, it will be the best 16 hours they could spend. I give it – Spruce A. McRee Fire Chief Brierfield Volunteer Fire & Rescue
Effective and visionary leadership is the foundation to any organization’s
success, regardless of its size, employment classifications, or issues…
“Beyond Hoses and Helmets” helps current and prospective leaders achieve their
succession goals through the many tools offered by the course.
