Contract Manager/Software Coordinator Subscription Center Account Setup Invitation to the Subscription Center After joining Autodesk Subscription, Contract Managers (CM) and Software Coordinators (SC) receive an email with a personal access URL inviting them to set up their Subscription Center accounts. Users can not be invited to access the Subscription Center until this setup is complete . The Subscription Setup Wizard is a one-time process that takes only a few minutes to complete. • After joining Autodesk Subscription, Contract Managers (CM) and Software Coordinators (SC)receive an email with a personal access URL inviting them to set up their Subscription Centeraccounts. Begin taking advantage of the services included as part of your investment in AutodeskSubscription by doing this as soon as possible. Setting up the account is fast and simple.

• Once a Contract Manager or Software Coordinator sets up their Subscription Center account,they can then easily add multiple users. These users will then gain access to subscription serv-ices like web support and e-Learning. Remember, users can access these services only after beinginvited by their Contract Manager or Software Coordinator.

• View/Edit Users found under Manage Users in Subscription Administration enables ContractManagers and Software Coordinators to assign permissions to users such as download privi-leges for products.

• Keep your contact information up-to-date to ensure you receive all product upgrades andnotices regarding new subscription benefits and services. Changes can be made through theContact Information link in the Subscription Administration area of the Subscription Center.

• The Program Guide and Glossary is a resource for customers describing subscription factsfrom purchase through renewal. It is located under Program Information in the Subscription Center.

• The most current terms and conditions of your subscription contract can be found underProgram Information in the Subscription Center.

Autodesk Business Center — The organization to contact for assistance with a subscriptioncontract. Click on Subscription Help on any page in the Subscription Center. Or, send an email tothe appropriate local Autodesk Business Center:

Subscription Center — An exclusive password-protected website where e-Learning, web sup-port (if included in the contract), downloads, Subscription Administration, and other program ben-efits are accessed.

Contract Manager (CM) — The person who receives renewal notices and has full contract-relat-ed privileges within the Subscription Center. The CM also names users to access the SubscriptionCenter.

Software Coordinator (SC) — A person who is named by the Contract Manager to receive emailnotifications to order or download applicable new releases or extensions, and to receive ship-ments of upgrades. Software Coordinators also name users to access the Subscription Center.

User — Any person invited by a Contract Manager or Software Coordinator to access the mem-bers-only Subscription Center, including e-Learning and web support (if included in the contract).This person may also be granted download privileges for upgrades.Coverage Report — An online report with full details of a company’s subscription contract. TheCoverage Report can be accessed only by Contract Managers and Software Coordinators and islocated in the Subscription Administration section of the Subscription Center.Renewal Notices — Subscription customers receive four automated renewal messages 90, 60, 15and 7 days before contract expiration.

Autodesk e-LearningAutodesk e-Learning includes self-paced online lessons designed to address critical applicationfunctions and industry practices. Experts in their respective industries developed the lessons tochallenge and enhance your existing knowledge. By the end of each 15- to 30-minute lesson, youwill have worked with the content, demonstrated your knowledge, and have access to the filesused in each exercise.
