Timing• Must have responses on answer document before 4

hour limit ends• Seating charts have to have documentation of starting

time and ending time.• Start time begins when students start question # 1.• Every room has to have a clock students can see.• Orally or in writing on board – remind students of

time.– Within last hour multiple reminders are allowed.

Timing• Not allowed to stop clock– Water breaks– Restroom breaks– Snack breaks– Short physical or mental break

Timing• Late arriving students– Must have 4 hours to test – Must finish before end of school day

• Multiple test sessions– Allowed as long as four hour time limits are

maintained– Can start before the regular school day and– Can extend beyond the regular scheduled day.

• Standards will be set for a three year period.• Students will be scored under the standards

measure that begin with 9th grade and follow them thru 10th and 11th grade.

• 10th grade will be used for AYP this year, does that mean 11th grade will be used in 2012-2013?

• ELL participation guidelines should be published soon. Will there be changes?

• Transition from paper/pencil to on-line administration?
