•  Most recent first à reverse chronological order by end date

•  Uses a variety of accomplishment verbs (same verb can be used max 2 times)

•  90% are in RAC format, some can be switched around if it flows better

•  Write out numbers: zero-ten, 11, 12, 13+ •  1-2 lines long (can be more for highly relevant or

recent experiences) •  Always write in past tense •  Concise (try to eliminate filler words: “and”, “the”)
