Technological and technical characteristics:

Tunnelcyclothermicovensareuniversalovensusedforcontinuousbakingofalltypesofbreadandcakeswhichrequiresbakingtemperatureupto320°C.

Transportthroughthebakingareacanbeexecutedbymeansofaknittedsteelmesh(TPN),graniteplates(TPN_GP)andhingeblade(TPN_S).Theheatingmediumusedcanbeoil,gasoracombinationofthesetwo.Itoperatesasanindependentunitorwithinautomatedlines.
