WHEREAS, There has li]kewise been established andcreated and designed a State flower known and describedas the Orange Blossom, which blooms and blossoms and thefragrance thereof permeates the air a greater portion ofthe year; and

WHEREAS, it would seem fit and proper that thereshould likevwise be designated and declared a State fish, byreason of the many miles of sea coast which the State ofFlorida enjoys; therefore, be it

RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THESTATE OF FLORIDA: That there is hereby declared anddesignated a State fish to be known as Mullet, which saidfish shall have all the rights of the State waters for swim-ming necessary for its enjoyment, freedom and pleasures.
