SINGLE AND MULTICORE TUBING

With the still ever-increasing computeriza-tion trend, the pneumatic or hydraulic mea-surement and regulation technique becomes more and more important. Moreover, the use of multicore tubes instead of multiple single cables is on the increase for the transmission of the measurement and regulation impulses over longer distances. These cables reduce the assembly time and save considerably on inspection costs and furthermore, take up less space.

From 1 to 37 tubes in one bundle

The single and multicore tubes are available in the following versions:

• Soft and hard polyethylene • Nylon• Teflon• Copper• Copper-nickel• Aluminum• Stainless steel

SINGLE AND MULTICORE TUBING

• Silicon hose• PVC tube• Fireresistant tubing FR• PU reinforced• Vacuum hose• Pre-assembled NGV hose• Breathing air hose• Anti static hose• Stainless steel welded tube

APPLICATIONThermoTube is a single insulated tube ideally suited to transport hot or cold liquids or gases. It was specifically developed for steam supply and condensate return lines and is also used as an un-heated sample line. ThermoTube is pre-insulated with non-hygroscopic glass fiber, complete with a heat reflective foil wrap and a weatherresistant outer jacket. ThermoTube can be manufactured in a variety of tube materials, wall thicknesses and outer jackets.ThermoTube is supplied in long length coils and can be quickly and easily installed in existing cable trays, angles, channels, struts and I-beams. ThermoTube termination kitsprotect the ends for a lower installed cost than field insulated tubing

APPLICATIONFor Transport of High Temperature Steam or Liquids ThermoTube Pre-Insulated Tubing HT, HTX and HTX2 are non-heated tube bundles to transport high temperature steam / liquids or for sample lines and impulse lines to pressure instruments. These products are used where heat tracing is deemed unnecessary such as indoors or in climates that do not experience subfreezing temperatures. They limit heat losses for energy conservation and provide personnel protection by limiting outer jacket temperatures. High temperatue ThermoTube pre-insulated tubing bundles are offered in three popular configurations, ranging from399°C service to continuous operation at 593°C.
