一目で分かる行動変容:TTM(Transtheoretical Model)を中心に (One Pager) ▶ 行動変容とは? 生まれてから培われてきた行動パターンを,健康的で望ましいものに変えていくこと。(食生活の改善, 定期的な運動,禁煙,禁酒など) Behavior modification:行動変容 / Behavior change:行動変化 ▶ なぜ重要? NCD (non communicable disease)管理の重要性の増加 1979年に発表された米国の公衆衛生局長官によるHealthy People(健康増進と疾病予防に関する報告書) という報告書で主要死因(高血圧,がん,脳卒中,自殺,事故,インフルエンザ・肺炎,糖尿病,肝硬変, 動脈硬化,他殺)の50% は不健康な行動や生活習慣に起因しており,5 つの行動・生活習慣(食事,喫 煙,飲酒,運動,降圧剤服用の遵守)を改善することにより,10のうち少なくとも7 つの死因を減少させ る可能性があると報告されている。(US Dept. of Health, 1979) 本当の死亡原因 死亡の約4割は「生活習慣」が原因 タバコ 約18%/不適切な食生活/運動不足  約17%/アルコール 約3.5% (Mokdad. 2004) ▶ TTM (Transtheoretical Model)とは?
