TSE-EcoSpray Processing Information

Application Equipment: 2000 & 3000 • Drum heaters capable of maintaining component at 75 - 90°F during application

• Processed through 1:1 plural component pump capable of heating to 130 - 150°F

• Sprayed at pressures between 2000-3000 PSI

Processing: • Substrate surface should be clean & free of contaminants

• Do not premix A and B sides

• Do not add thinning agents

• Recommended thickness of 30–100 mils applied in layers

30 mils per pass max

General safety protection: • Proper PPE must be worn

• This includes a full face air mask & clothing to prevent

skin contact with aerosol. Additional information can
