History of the Company

1940 Began as Frisby Aerospace as a small machine shop on Long

Island, New York. During the next six and a half decades, the

company's capabilities expanded to include the assembly and

testing of hydraulic components, as well as design engineering.

1990 A second facility was established in Clemmons, North Carolina to

accommodate the company’s growth in commercial aircraft

components and aftermarket support. This expansion was fueled by

internal growth and several significant acquisitions of related product

lines.

2003 In October, the Engineering Development and Technology Center was

occupied.

2006 In July, Frisby changed company name to Triumph Actuation
