Employee time calculation is carried out either by the time

recording system itself or by the superimposed ERP

system. Flexible working hours are displayed through

administration of employee-relevant master data.

Ascertained data serves as basis for wage and salary

out. Availability and costs of individual tools are accessible

online at all times.

bisoft EMG – ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Energy data in MES solutions are part of quality and

product costs. ISO 50 001 standards describing efficient

energy management systems have been in force since

May 2012. Aim is improvement of energy-related

performance, increase in energy efficiency and

Production logistics with bisoft PLG secures traceability

of your input and output materials, serial numbers and

batches. Recording, checking, documenting and archiving

are the standards of traceability – automatically and

on-line. Plausibility checks for formulas and incoming

articles are available as an option. In addition, production

storage rooms can be reproduced. Transport jobs for

in-house logistics complete the module. Together with

the bisoft module FLS (process control), material coverage

range is also possible. This ensures integration of logistics

data from production into MES solutions.
