    “When RNT first started, I always thought we were entering the online personal training and body transformation arena. But after thinking about it over the years, and speaking to our clients who are experiencing our work, I’ve realised we’re not just transforming bodies, we’re transforming lives.

    The realisation first came to me 6-8 months after starting the company, when I began to receive scores of feedback emails from different clients all across the world who were raving about the benefits and changes they’ve seen since starting with us.

    What was interesting was how the focus of their feedback rarely fixed on their physical changes.

    It was everything else. It was their mental health, their mindset, their careers and work, their family, their relationships, and so on. A common theme was that the physical process of transforming the body provided the vehicle to make the necessary changes in other areas of life.

    Reflecting back, this makes complete sense, and I’ve experienced this in my own self over the past decade too. If you can master your physical being, you’ll have the confidence and courage to master any domain in your life. You’ll have the inward focus, and the positive habits in place to push forward in any area you want to improve in.

    Here’s What To Expect At The Start

    The Initial Process

    1. Take the RNT Expectations Scored to qualify for our next intake.

    2. Pay a deposit to secure your spot.

    3. Upgrade to your 6 or 12 month initial package.

    4. Fill in an application form to go through your goals, the ‘why’,lifestyle, psychology and body composition.

    5. We will review your forms, decide on the best fit for you, and allocate your coach.

    6. Your coach will design and send your personalised transformations protocols.This will include our Journey Planner and RNT Interactive Meal Planner.

    7. You start executing your Transformation Checklist(training, nutrition, steps, hydration and sleep).

    8. After your first 7 days, you’ll check in with your coach over email using our check in procedure (including pertinent information from the week, specific feedback, and

    your completed Google Sheets).

    9. This check in will hold you highly accountable along the journey, as well as provide our expert coaching guidance, where we can give you feedback and make

    tweaks to continue facilitating you to make improvement.

    10. You’ll continue to ‘officially’ check in once per week, with access to your coach

    for support and questions through the week too.

    A Typical RNT Week If you want to use the physical as the vehicle to transform your life, you have to put in the work on a daily and weekly basis. Here’s what an average week may include at the beginning. Please note this is speaking very generally, as it will be adapted, modified and dependent on your lifestyle.

    1. Check InYou will check in with your coach every week with all the required information to embrace the coaching process, hold yourself highly accountable, and gain maximum value from our ability to help transform your body and change your life. This is the single most important part of the process!

    2. NutritionYou’ll be following a meal plan, utilising our Interactive Meal Planner, or using a macro-based app to adhere to the dietary method we’ve prescribed for you. This will depend on the phase you’re in, your level of education and what works for your lifestyle. You’ll also be incorporating some level of meal prep each week to help with your planning and preparation.

    3. TrainingYou’ll be progressively weight training for 3 to 4 days a week for 45 to 60 minutes. 3 days a week is the minimum to see great results.

    4. StepsYou’ll be aiming to reach a daily average step target, starting at 8-10,000 a day, and titrating up according to the extent of your goals.

    5. Well BeingYou’ll be paying attention to ensuring you’re well hydrated, increasing the quality and quantity of your sleep, working on stress management strategies, and improving your digestion.

    What happens after I take the test and pay the deposit?The first step is to take the RNT Expectations Scorecard. If you score high, you’ll be able to secure a position in our next intake with a deposit.

    Closer to the intake start date, you’ll receive an email to upgrade your deposit to your chosen package, along with an application form to fill in.

    This will be a detailed questionnaire about your goals, lifestyle, the ‘why’, individual needs, injuries, dieting and training history, as well as any other pertinent information required for us to design your transformation protocols.

    Once we’ve received everything, we’ll allocate you to the most suitable RNT coach, and send your initial personalised transformation protocols. All dates and timings of each stage will be sent to you upon payment of your deposit.

    I’ve got a busy lifestyle, can I still do this?Of course. Every transformation you see on this page and through our website is just like you. Busy, strapped for time, balancing multiple priorities, but they all have a common goal in wanting to transform their body and change their lives for the better. From CEO, City Executives, serial entrepreneurs, working mums, etc, we help transform a whole variety of people.

    This means we have the tools and tricks required to navigate around a busy lifestyle, and with your feedback, tailor every facet of the program to your needs.

    How much time do I need to commit per week?The RNT Transformation Journey consists of many parts. For the training element, you’ll need to commit to an average of 3-4 hours a week for training, split over 3-4 sessions. This will vary at different stages of your journey, and dependent on your goal.

    Do you have any money back guarantee?We do! We believe so confidently in what we’re able to do that if you follow every part of the process and don’t receive any results in the first 30 days, you can have all your money back.

    Frequently Asked Questions On The RNT Journey

    My gym isn’t open (Or: I don’t want to train at the gym just yet).What should I have at home?If you’re living in a city where gyms are still closed, or you’d rather stay out of gyms for the time being, we’d recommend looking into buying some resistance bands and adjustable dumbbells at the least for an optimal set up. That said we’re able to accommodate varying levels of equipment, from nothing at all to scaled up home gyms, so the key is to let us know in your Application Form what you have available, and we can plan accordingly for you.

    Are your clients real?A crazy question we know, but we get asked this all the time given just how incredible the transformations are! If you want to get a real life glimpse of our clients’ stories, be sure to check out our podcast, RNT Fitness Radio (click the icon below), where we bring on many of our clients and explore their journeys!

    Will I still be able to eat out and drink?We can factor in all your lifestyle demands through our unique coaching methods. Through education, lifestyle changes, and teaching you the ‘art of the buffer’, you’ll certainly be able to incorporate meals out and the odd drink.

    Of course, this will need to be monitored, and we’d recommend you to share with us the menus and drinks plans so we can help teach you the best way to incorporate it into your week.

    Is this all on email?99% of communication is all on email. There may be a time and need to use other communication mediums, but these are rare, and in 99% of cases all coaching is best conducted over email. It helps keep data, feedback and communication (the trifecta of perfect check ins) organised in one place, and serves as a great reference point going forwards thereafter.

    Do you work with anyone outside of the UK?Of course! The beauty of what we do is that we’re all online, so we can help you from wherever you are in the world. We’ve worked with clients in over 20 different countries in the world, including America, Australia, Canada, India and Kenya.

    Can I try it for a month?We don’t have a one month option as we want you to be committed for an absolute minimum of 6 months. Transformation takes time, and if you want a solution that works for your lifestyle in the long term, there are no shortcuts!

    Who will be my coach?Once you submit your application form, we’ll discuss it within our team and see who has the best skills to coach you.

    At RNT, we’re lucky enough to have a team with a wide range of strengths, skills and personalities, so we’re always able to match the right coach for your specific goals and needs.

    We’re also a very closely knit team, and we collaborate and discuss each other’s clients’ journeys on a frequent basis, which allows us to make sure each client is getting the highest quality service, and benefits from the knowledge of the entire team.

    How does this all work? Is it all online?The coaching is all done online, with our check in process taking place over email. We’ve found having coached so many different people of various backgrounds and lifestyles to transformation success, our system of online email check ins helps keep the process organised, and a point of reference for you at all times. That said, community is vitally important to us, so outside of our regular client-only FB lives and webinars, we take every chance possible to bring the online to the offline with our biannual meetups (limited recently owing to Covid-19).

    We also have a buzzing online community on Facebook which many of our clients label as a ‘game changer’ for their progress, given the positive spirit and vibes continuously spreading within!

    Why online vs in-person?There are a few key differentiators between RNT online transformation coaching, and having an in-person personal trainer.

    Flexibility. When working with us, you’re not tied to an appointment. You can train in your own time according to your specific lifestyle and schedule.

    Location doesn’t matter. With RNT, you can have a world class transformation coach in your corner to guide you, from anywhere in the world.

    Affordable. Working with a personal trainer 3x a week can cost you anywhere between £500 and £1500/month, often with very little results to show for it. With RNT transformation coaching you can achieve life changing results at a fraction of the price.

    The biggest of them all is that we are not ‘online personal trainers’, or ‘personal trainers working online’. Our entire approach is holistic and rooted in true transformation, so we look at all aspects of your life to create a positive impact within.     How do I check in, what is the process?The check in process is all on email, and is a weekly requirement that creates high levels of accountability, introspection, self-awareness and the opportunity for us to sprinkle our coaching magic into the process. The way it works is you’ll be allocated a day of the week to send your check in, which will include the following:

    • Data from the week (in our Journey Mapper on Google Sheets)• Feedback on everything you’re doing (on all aspects of the process)• Lifestyle changes / updates (so we can continue to tweak it accordingly to any challenges you’re facing)• Information you deem pertinent for us to know about you (we encourage you to be an open book!)

    From here, we’ll analyse everything and coach you on the best route for your unique goals and lifestyle (with a max 24 hour response Monday to Friday - our response time policy can be found here). After this, we’ll go back and forth to iron out any issues, and make sure you’re set up for everything coming up in the next week!

    I travel a lot, I don’t think I’ll be able to commit properly.With regards to your travel, we have many clients who travel as frequently as every other week for work and/or leisure, but still manage to achieve incredible results.     Do you recommend supplements?For most people, we do provide scientifically backed supplement recommendations to support health, increased performance, aid in fat loss and support muscle growth during your transformation. That being said, should you wish to avoid them, we can be flexible.

    Do you only help with fat loss? What about muscle building?Not at all. Fat loss is only the first part of the journey. Once you reach your Transformation Checkpoint in the shape of your life, you’re in a much better position to then build muscle and make overall improvements to your physique.     How do I know if I’m performing exercises correctly?We use a two-step approach here that works with great success:

    1. We’ve built an exercise library with over 200 videos. Each video is filmed from two different angles, along with the three most important cues to execute the exercise optimally.

    2. We encourage our clients to send videos each week of any exercise they’re struggling with, and/or any personal bests they achieve. We then provide coaching and feedback with key pointers to help optimise the exercise for next time round.

    Together these two techniques work great in ensuring you’re getting the most out of each session.

    Can I work out at home?If you’re planning to work out at home, we’d recommend buying at the very least a pair of adjustable dumbbells so you can apply progressive overload to your training. An adjustable bench would be a great addition too, and allow you incorporate more variety into your training.
