TO THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENT:

Entering college is an important step for each person both personally and professionally. You have taken thefirst step by beginning your education at WCCC. This booklet was prepared to help you in the next steptoward your baccalaureate degree - transferring to Seton Hill University, either on campus or online. It can be used as a guide in determining which classes you have already taken at WCCC that will transfer to Seton Hill. The first columnon each page represents the WCCC courses by number; the comparable Seton Hill course is directly acrossin the second column.

As you make your plans to transfer, please keep in mind the following:

Seton Hill University may limit the number of credits a student may earn in any one area. The number of credits transferred will be determined by the Registrar of Seton Hill.

Transfer students are required to earn a minimum of 30 Seton Hill University credits to be considered for a degree candidate.

Transfer students must earn at least one-half of their required major or minor credits at Seton Hill.

A minimum of 120 credits is required to earn an undergraduate degree at Seton Hill University with the completion of the major, minor (when applicable), and Liberal Arts Curriculum.

You must earn a grade of C- or better for courses to transfer to Seton Hill University.

Liberal Arts Curriculum, major, and minor curriculum requirements are subject to change. Transcript evaluations and transfer of credits will be determined by the Registrar’s Office at the time of your matriculation into Seton Hill University.

Please call our Transfer Counselor when you are ready to apply for admission to Seton Hill, or if you have any questions or need additional information. Transfer options include our traditional day time programs, online, or evening/Saturday programs.

For the traditional day time program, call our Transfer Counselor at 724-552-1369.For online, evening/Saturday programs, call our Program Counselor at 724-838-4208.
