About SML Training At SML training, it is our constant endeavor to identify the specific needs of School Principals, Vice Principals, Trustees, Promoters, HODs, Senior Teachers & School Leaders, and providing them with the best possible solutions through any means, both online and offline. We conduct training workshops and seminars to help them in advancing and comprehensively enhance their

In addition, we also provide the participants with an opportunity to interact online with other participants all over the country. Fees include:

Strategy Workshop Strategy

Pre-training

Need assessment through a web portal. The gist is discussed in the workshop and the training strategy is modified for each batch, depending on the needs of the participants. This way, the workshop is customized. Training Highly interactive. A variety of tools & techniques are used like Case Study, Role Plays, Self-analytical instruments, Questionnaires, Planning Exercises, Practice Sessions, and Games & Activities. Inter-team competitions make it a fun to participate. And there are Night Assignments to work on in your team with presentations the next day.

Post-training A web portal is created with individual access to all participants through user name & password. On-line training and mentoring will be done through this portal using podcasts, blogs, focused group discussion, paper presentations, case studies, sharing experiential learning etc.

All 3 stages put together – Pre-Training, Training and Post-Training, offers

extended learning opportunity for further 90 days after the workshop and creates sustained learning by Hands-On experience and will help participants evolve solutions for their specific problems.

Certification

After completing the 5 day workshop every participant will receive a certificate of participation.

Further, if the participant so desires, he/she may complete the post-training assignments by submitting an individual action plan specifying the implementation of workshop learning in their school.

The action plan along with evidences of implementation and report on challenges faced has to be posted on the portal within 60 days of attending the workshop.

Two online training programs have to be attended One podcast to be created and uploaded (all technical assistance will be provided)

On fulfilling the above criteria, a certificate of the advance level Workshop on School Management and Leadership will be awarded to every participant.

Those who complete the post training assignments, and if they are interested, will be given inputs online on the web portal to create a cascading model of training. They can even become effective coaches in their respective schools.
