and Designing a wide range of Panel Logics and Associated Electronics. Catering to the various needs and applications of the Electronic industry, we are noted for quality, innovation and customization. • We have in house facilities for Fabrication of Control boxes, up to IP-54/55 standards.

• We provide standard available fabrication also of reputed makes like Rittal India Pvt Ltd, Eldon CS Enclosures Pvt.Ltd, BCH (Bharatiya Cutler and Hammer) Electric Ltd, etc, depending upon Customers requirement.

• Inhouse facilities for Powdercoating/Liquid/Polurethene painting with seven tank cleaning process.

• Factory plot of 10000sq.ft with 8500 sq.ft buildup space for Assembly of Control Panels.

• Our Panels have been tested by third party inspectors like ARAI, MECON and Mukand Mecnally as per ISI standards.

SUVARN ENTERPRISES, Authorized system house for L&T PLC’s. The LX series is a family of small, modular programmable controllers from L&T.They delivers power and flexibility with a wide range of communication configurations, user features and memory options. The whole series is equipped with advance control functions and available up to 1600 I/Os. The series has a common architecture and Programming software LX – Soft.

LX series comes as LX7,LX70 ,LX700.

LX7 Series:

The perfect controller for simple applications. This little powerhouse is compact yet it's big on performance--providing high-speed advanced networking and a full suite of control capabilities.

AC INVERTER DRIVES

    SUVARN ENTERPRISES, Authorized system house for L&T AC-DC DRIVES.L&T’s new generation YASKAWA AC Drives incorporate the latest technological advancements in AC induction motor speed control. Control methods include V/f, open loop vector and closed loop vector control for speed regulation choices. All drives are equipped with a standard LED display. YASKAWA has three different models of AC Drives as J7, V7, F7. J7 Micro Size OEM Drive:The J7 drive is a general purpose Ac drive; its sine wave PWM design provides low motor noise and high starting torque, with a current overload rating of 150% for 60 seconds. V/F control makes this drive suitable for most general applications. The J7 drive is feature-packed, economical and compact. An optional RS-485 Modbus RTU serial communication port is available.

  V7- Multi functional Industrial Drive:The V7 is a high performance Ac drive for induction motor.This PWM design provides low motor noise and high starting torque. It provides best speed regulation by two control methods, V/HZ and open loop vector control. SOFT STARTERSSUVARN ENTERPRISES, Authorized system house for L&T soft starters.L&T introduces a new range of Soft Starters-SUPERNOVA.The range extends from simple soft start control devices to advanced systems that match complex requirements.SUPERNOVA Series comes as CSX Series, CSXi Series, EMX3 Series.CSX Series Soft Starters:CSX Series Soft Starters provide soft start and soft stop control for new or existing motor control centers. Training ModuleWe have completed our training in the company Suvarn enterprises

during the month of December 2009 for 15 days.

Analysis and operation

Boiler Control Panel:

             We manufacture sturdy and reliable Boiler Control Panels specially designed using PLC control logic with Sequence controller. These Boiler Control Panels are equipped with adjustable reset ratio and reaction time to prevent short cycling. Our Boiler Control Panels come with an adjustable minimum water temperature and an optional outdoor starter.

                       

Control Panel for ETP:

             We manufacture high on performance control panel for ETP, specially designed for monitoring & controlling industrial effluents. The control panel comprises of power control modules that supply and monitors Electric power to the treatment plant.

              

     Panel Logics:

             We manufacture customized Panel Logics, which act as the controlling center for a wide range of automated processes and systems. These specially designed Panel Logics contain multiple inputs and outputs to simulate switches. These Panel Logics are highly durable and can be programmed to offer computer enabled interfaces and network options.        

              

Process Control Panels:

            We offer highly reliable Process Control Panels, with specially designed PID controllers housed in the same. We are capable of offering customized Process Control Panels. The embedded PID controllers describe how the Panel changes the value of its output and thereby brings the device to a desired state. Highly efficient, these are used for a range of electronic applications.

             

SPM Machine Control Panel:

           We manufacture SPM Machine Control Panels, based on the specifications as laid down by the customer. These SPM Machine Control Panels are designed as Hydro-Pneumatic Machines to work on the Electrical Switchgear Logic.These application specific Machine Control Panels are widely used in a range of industrial and machine control.

Plasma Welding SPM Torch:

             We also offer Plasma Welding SPM Torches, specially designed to feed power through a DC Motor. These Plasma Welding Torches can be customized for light duty, medium duty and heavy duty applications. Straight barreled and water cooled, these Plasma Welding Torches are highly reliable, cost-effective and are widely used for a range of electronic applications.
