Course concept
• Courses are preferably school based
• Introductory day with tutor – the rest is e-learning
• Work in teacher teams
• Duration: minimum 5-6 months
• During the course teams must write 8 examples of instructional design to obtain the ‘License”.

Two extensive independent studies document that
• Dropout rates are less than 10%
• More than 80% find the course relevant or very relevant
• Long term effects have been monitored and rated highly positive
• In three years more than 35,000 educators have participated
