Results - Using the IJCMS: Clerks
Discussion
High level of basic ICT usage by clerks and judges
Both groups perceive significant positives for court ICT use and realize
transparency and openness effect.
BUT: Relatively low intention of using IJCMS especially by clerks despite
compulsory nature of the system due to perceived low ease of use and
usefulness.

Recommendations
Meaningfully engage system users at earliest design stage to improve
ease of use / usefulness
Use improved requirements elicitation techniques
Agile development models
Chance to improve workflows not simply digitize existing ones
Rethinking concept of documents
User training & feedback
Avoiding parallel workflows
