people where questions are asked by the interviewerto obtain information from the interviewee.

The main questions which will highlight the purposeof our interviewing are as follows:

OBSERVATIONIt is an act or instance of noticing or perceiving.

As part of our study it is a very vital tool from the point

of view ofmanagers as it will help them to get a firsthand experience as to how the system works.

This will enable them to understand thediscrepancies within the organization as well as the

abilityof thework force .It can also be applied by them to understand through

careful analysis as to which tourist destinations andmodes of conveyance are most favorable.

    NON-FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT

They define how a system is supposed to be and areoften called qualities .

These cannot be measured and thus can be broadlyclassified into three main categories :

    On the basis of satisfaction

On the basis of securityOn the basis of convenience

    WONT

Wont requirements are either the least critical or notappropriate at that time . These are basically would liketo have .

However this does not make them any less important , itsomething that will be desired in the future.

With respect to our study a Rv Motor Mansion is one suchrequirement. Since the navigation and infrastructurefacilities is not the best in our country it wont be possibleto provide such personalization to the customers.

Advanced tourism technology wherein the tourist canchoose to navigate on his /her own is another such exampleas it is not feasible in the current scenario.
