• Le is the Founder and Chairwoman of Le & Associates (L&A), leading the company to become the most respected Human Resource Solution providers in Vietnam.

• Recently, Le co-founded and has been operating KingBee, a marketing-communication supplier partnering with L&A in delivery of total HR turnkey solution to many famous multinational and local brands.

• Continuously since 2002, she has invested in internet industry (job boards, social network, etc.)

• She was Vice Chair, Young Business Association of Ho Chi Minh City (2006- 2011); Co-founder and former Vice Chair, 2030 Business Club – Saigon Times Group (2003 – 2010).

• Le acquired Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Open University of HCMC (1997) and in English as Valedictorian at Pedagogy University of Hue (1994).

• Chuong has been a professional investment & management consultant with 20 years’ experience in Asia. He currently sits on the Member of the Advisory Council of the top 500 businesses in Viet Nam - VNR500 Club.

• Before serving as Managing Director of James Riedel Associates, Inc., in Vietnam (1995 – 2005), Chuong was a Professional Staff Member of the U.S. House of Representatives Banking Committee and concurrently as a Legislative Assistant for foreign affairs and international trade.

On March 27th, 2013, L&A signed an agreement witnessed by the Vietnamese Ambassador to the Philippines with Adamson University, one of the top Filipino universities with over 81 years of experience in training local and international undergraduate and post graduate students in different fields. L&A became the exclusive partner for student enrollment in Vietnam in nursing, pharmaceuticals, hospitality management, English. Nurses that graduated from Adamson University have been employed around the world, including Britain, the USA and the Middle East with a monthly salary of up to USD 5,000.
