Place where work is to be done.

Pupils come to school to learn & teachers have to

do their part as instructors. (Barliner, 1983).

The work of teachers and pupils are related to the

teaching-learning process and the end product are

responsible educated adults.

in which the teacher & pupils (inhabitants) interact

for the purpose of teaching & learning (survival).

Classroom management skills is very important indetermining the success and effectiveness of

teaching and learning process.Therefore, if teachers are not so adept in theseaspects, it is difficult to achieve the learningoutcomes and teaching goals.
