Memo To : James Porter To: All employees

Re: Yearly Check-ups Date: 11/11/14

If you haven’t had your yearly check-up, you have until the end of next month to get this done. It’s free and it is important. It is best to find out about health problems as early as possible.

The check-ups will be done in the East Wing Medical Clinic. Make an appointment at 923-443-8274, or email a request to <[email protected]>. The clinic is open every day, except Sundays and holidays. It’s best to go in the morning.

If you are working during the day, tell your manager that you need the time off. Check-ups take about an hour, unless they are very busy.

Please don’t put this off until the last week. It will be very crowded then and I’m sure you have better things to do during the Christmas holidays.

James Porter Director of HRNorth Wind Paper Products
