Method of Sale: Todd Fall Farm is offered for sale by private treaty with vacant possession throughout.

Fixtures and Fittings: Unless specifically mentioned, any moveable items will be excluded from the sale but available by separate negotiation. The equine stocks and sheep race are excluded but available separately.
