Summary
I have over 25 years of experience, including application support, records management, printing,
customer service and was the owner of a retail business. Most recently I have provided support,
training and testing of EPIC as well as Allscripts Ambulatory Electronic Health Records (AEHR) in busy
clinical settings. This has included but is not limited to training providers, clinical and clerical staff how
to use EMR systems but also providing back end support utilizing the Remedy application for incident
management. I also have experience as a Records Management Analyst at Lexington-Fayette
Urban County Government Records Center and Archives from June 2006 to July 2011.
My skills and experiences include: application support, records management, database
administration and inventory management as well as computer maintenance and support. I hold a
Bachelor’s Degree in Community Communications and Leadership Development from The University
of Kentucky and hold an Associate’s Degree from Lexington Community College.
