Negotition of structure and terms with the preffered

MSc from the Norwegian School of Management (Bi). Specialization in International Politics & Culture from OMH

Business School. 17 years of extensive experience from mergers and acquisitions in the SME domain. Focus on

sectors as technology, media and telecom and retail. Specialized in managing complex M&A projects requiring
