Leadership positions to an increased no. of members

2. Up sale on TLP is very low. Members are not taking the 2nd TLP after experiencing one TLP. Question mark on the quality of the 1st TLP.

• Every LC must have preparation for TLs on project management => become more efficient in achieving results

• Every JD should be very specific and connected to the people’s interest (see IT segment)

• Create the team based on the segment of people( different profiles) – Allocation !

Elements that contributed to the lower level of satisfaction:• Atmosphere within the team • Personal feeling (TLs blaming themselves for poor results)• Problems with superiors (miscommunication and

• Every TL should have a personal coach (EB, alumni, mbs with experience in coaching)

Facts.1. Most of the TMP happen in Economics segment Stronger focus on these specific profile of members2. All the TMP happens in GIP/GCDP areas connect the profile of people with the tasks

As well as in TLP, most of the best TLP were the ones in EB. Let us find the key elements in the EB (diversity of profiles of people, ownership,etc) and bring them in other TMP products.

• Having ownership on their work • External orientation of the team• Working with different

personalities

• Experiencing intensive work environment

• Team atmosphere (developing trust within team members)

• Every LC must increase the ownership of their members’ activities (accountability system)

• Every recruitment should be segment based• Every JD of every area has to have external

oriented tasks (AIESEC Communicators )

• Lack of involvment from the other members

• Wrong allocation of members on different areas

• No tracking system for the team activities

• Lack of know –how• Expectations meeting (social profile-

economic activity)
