Tk20 Training: Student Teaching Portfolio

Click “portfolios” on the left

side menu

Here is a list of portfolios

Portfolios with red flags next to

them need to be completed.

Portfolios are split into separate tabs. Click on

each tab to upload work pertinent to that section.

One you click on one of the tabs in

the portfolio, click “select”, next to

“file” to upload work.

MoPTA Submission and Evaluation Tab: This tab includes resources that may help you complete your MOPTA and

also a survey requesting feedback about the MOPTA.

These links will give you

information about MoPTA

tasks and submission.

Please complete this

survey about the

MOPTA at the end of

your student teaching.

When done, click

“save”

Professional Development Plan (PDP) Tab: This tab contains a short self-assessment of your abilities as a teacher

by state standard.

Mandatory:

Upload PDP

before submitting

MOPTA task 4

First complete, download, and

print a hard copy of the PDP using

these instructions.

Gather signatures

from yourself,

university

supervisor, and

cooperating

teacher.

Scan a copy and

upload here!

Program Eval Tab: This tab allows you to provide feedback on how well your NW program

prepared you to student teach.

After you submit MOPTA task 4,

complete these overall evaluations

on how NW prepared you as a

teacher.

Evaluate how well NW

prepared you to

student teach.

Evaluate how well

your method classes

prepared you to

student each.

Tk20 Evaluation Tab: This tab contains a survey on how well Tk20 operated

during your student teaching experience.

At the end of student teaching,

complete this survey on how

easy/efficient Tk20 was.

Assessor Evaluation Tab:

This tab gives you the opportunity to provide feedback on your cooperating teacher(s) and university supervisor(s).

Evaluate your cooperating

teacher-please complete one

survey for each CT you had.

Evaluate your university supervisor.

Evaluate your content supervisor

(secondary education and k-12 content

teacher candidates only).

Improvement Plan (EIP) is needed during your student teaching

The EIP is completed by the director of

field experience if necessary.
