Create spaces for alone time.Give employees a space to work alone when they need it, away

from co-workers, bosses and noise.

Google scatters Brainstorming pods and other break areas throughout the building.

Boost incentive with rewardsand recognition.

Offering great bonus schemes and rewards can give employees an incentive to work their hardest to reap the benefits.

Virgin Media offers regular money incentives with its bonus scheme and even holds graduation events for apprentices who

complete training.

Beat Friday lulls with exercise.Exercise has been proven to help employees stay alert and

productive, so having a free gym at the office or offering gym membership discounts can help.

Pinterest offers discounted gym memberships and even a bi-weekly running club.

Cut down on meetings.Don’t invite people to a meeting unless they truly have to be

there and can add useful input or take helpful knowledge away.
