Dieseko’s PVE meets the global demand for innovative vibratory technology, lifting and drilling without the envi-ronmental damage. PVE’s pile driving solutions combines low noise and time savings in both driving and deck handling.

PVE is known throughout the world for its innovative approach and state-of-the-art technology. The Dutch building quality of PVE vibratory hammers is superb and extremely durable. As market leader PVE considers inno-vation fundamental for leadership in the offshore wind market.

With multiple offshore vibratory foundation concepts PVE initiates new thinking. The major goals are a.o. added value for clients through vast available expertise, as well as taking responsibility for the environment.

Founded in 1974, Dieseko Group represents the Dutch hydraulic vibratory technology worldwide. Dieseko Group is specialized in engineering, manufacturing, rental and sales of vibro equipment and power units. Working with the Dieseko Group means teaming up with passionate professionals. Challenge us, and you will experience our contagious enthusiasm.

PVE developed new timesaving offshorefoundation solutions: the PVE 300/600MUUpending and the PVE Vibro Drilling. In addition PVE developed the ‘GIANT’ as a modular 2,000 kgm Vibro Hammer fordriving the largest monopiles.

Current noise levels from vibratory hammers in the offshore wind projects show a Sound Exposure Level (SEL) result of approximately 140 dB at 750 m. This complies with the latest – and lowest – noise regulations issued by Germany’s Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH).However, less noise is only one of the benefits of Dieseko’s vibratory technology solutions. Driving time is much less than hydraulic hammering and the new upending design reduces significant handling time. The Global Tech 1 project is the first commercial applica-tion of PVE’s upending design philosophy. On deck, these 300MU/600MU Upending Vibro Hammers (300 kgm, 600 kgm) can capture horizontal stored piles in a gripper frame for positioning. Piles are directly lifted, positioned and vibrat-ed in one sequence.

With the PVE GIANT Vibro concept PVE meets the future offshore market developing an eccentric moment up to 2,000 kgm for monopile driving.

Vibratory technology will more and more change offshore foundation methods. The minimum noise pollution of vibra-tory technology is a clear benefit, but PVE’S solutions are also faster than conventional hammering, and the group’s patented upending technology creates easier handling while reducing deck occupancy as well.

Vibratory technology is limited in subsea rock because vibro hammers cannot vibrate through dense, hard soils.

PVE GIANT Vibro Drill. In close cooperation with drilling experts DDC PVE developed the GIANT Vibro Drill to expand the working conditions. On top of the GIANT a drilling rig is installed and built together as a huge vibro drill machine.

This combined technology in one tool reduces the time required for handling and driving by many hours per pile compared to using the separate technologies.

This unit enables reaching penetration depth fast and without any noise pollution. Only one hydraulic power unit is used for both vibrating and drilling. PVE patented this workingprinciple.

PVE GIANTThe PVE Giant is a spectacular modular Vibro Hammer Concept. To this single tool individual gear cases can be adjusted and added. The hull carries a baseplate with up to eight gear cases of each 250 kgm, up to a total of 2,000 kgm massive power.

Smart engineering solutions and hugepower capacity create the perfect equipment for driving monopiles up to 8m diameter.

One modular gearcase with a lifting headcreates a classic Vibro Hammer up to 500 kgm.

PVE 300MU / 600MUThese massive single Upending Vibro Hammers can swivel and not only reduce driving time -compared to a traditional hammering- but they also reduce handling time.

On deck, these 300/600 MU Upending Vibro Hammers can capture horizontal stored piles. Piles are directly lifted, positioned and vibrated in onesequence. Considerable time savings, reducing deck space and cost efficiency are the main benefits.

In the Global Tech 1 Wind Park the 300MU is performing tripod foundation installation work and provides PVE with outstanding reference.
