Ashlei  Lien,  LMFT  Ashlei  Lien  is  a  Marriage  and  Family  Therapist  (#87289)   who   earned   her   Master's   Degree   at  the   University   of   California.   Ashlei   has  extensive   experience   working   as   a   field-­‐based  therapist,  where  she  provided  services  to  high-­‐risk  clients  and  families.    Throughout  this  work,  she   gained   valuable   skills   for   managing   work  and   caseload,   completing   documentation   and  prioritizing   task   based   on   crisis/importance.  Ashlei  is  well  known  for  being  passionate  about  her  work  and  always  goes  above  and  beyond  to  ensure   the   safety   and   successful   treatment   of  her  clients/families.      Ashlei   has   received   advanced   training   in  Evidence   Based   Practices   such   as   Alternatives  for  Families-­‐CBT,  Trauma  Focused-­‐  CBT,  Crisis  Oriented   Recovery   Services   and   Individual  CBT.    She   enjoys   working   with   children,  adolescents,   adults,   families   and   couples   and  approaches   all   of   her   clinical   work   with   high  ethics   and   standards.    Ashlei   utilizes   an  integrative   approach   to   help   her   clients  accomplish   their   goals   and   experience   an  improved  quality  of  life.

                                                       Course  Description:  This  seminar  will  present  ideas  to  help  you  organize  your  schedule  and  work  so  that  you  feel  more  in  control  of  your  workday.    Learn  how  to  decrease  the  amount  of  time  that  is  lost  each  day  due  to  disorganization,  poor  planning  and  impossible  expectations.  Understand  how  to  ensure  that  technology  is  enhancing  rather  than  hindering  your  completion  of  task  and  assignments.    Recognize  potential  distractions  in  the  work  place  and  how  to  avoid  getting  caught  up  in  these.  By  the  end  of  this  session  each  participant  will  have  learned  specific  skills  and  steps  to  take  which  will  enhance  their  sense  of  empowerment  and  decrease  potential  for  burnout  on  the  job.  This  is  a  small  class  setting  that  allows  for  an  interactive,  participative  process.    Incredibly  Inspirational    2009A  Palo  Verde  Ave.  Long  Beach,  CA  90815
