1. Overwhelmed by the task: “I don‟t know where to start”

2. Waiting for the “right” mood/“right” time

3. Fear of failure or success

4. Inability to make decisions

5. Poor organizational skills

6. Perfectionism: “I don't have the right skills or resources to do this perfectly now, so I won't do it at all”
