About TiffanyAs an in-house PR rep for Reppify LLC, Tiffany manages Reppify public relations initiatives, leveraging both traditional and social media.

Prior to Reppify, Tiffany worked in PR for Real Options for City Kids (R.O.C.K), a San Francisco-based nonprofit, and as Public Relations Assistant for GrubCrawl, which provides walking social food tours in Northern California.

A proud Banana Slug, Tiffany studied at UC Santa Cruz, graduating with degrees in Community Studies and Biological Sciences. Tiffany calls San Francisco home.

A Philanthropic and Fundraising Initiative| R.O.C.K (Real Options For City Kids)

Challenge: Publicize a fundraising event for a privately funded non-profit organization.

Strategy: Approach business professional leaders looking for philanthropic opportunities.

Tactics:• Host a contest where participants compete to raise the most revenue from online ticket sales, donatons, corporate sponsorships, etc.• Offer a major over-the-top social event featuring live, original funk

music, silent auction, raffle and hundreds of San Franciscans. • Booked live entertainment with large following to attract more

attendees• Filmed a viral video to introduce contestants as well as spread the

word for the event. • Utilize social media and news boards to promote event.• Leverage relationships with the press to produce coverage of the

Challenge: Gain votes from the public by promoting a nationwide internship contest for a boutique tech agency in NYC.

Strategy: developed a three month communications plan to target active users of social media.

Focused on three key drivers: 1) University and alumni outreach

-Blasted a press release to university students nationwide, encouraging them to vote and support a new graduate’s efforts to obtain a job opportunityDemographic: ages 17+

2) Media Relations -Partnered with social media enterprise, Girlsintech.net to gain support from entrepreneur community.Demographic: women ages 17- 50. -Blogged about the experience of being in a PR contest.

3) “Guerilla Promoting” -Launched a guerilla promoting campaign. Built a team, approached people at internet cafes and networking events with mobile user population and directed individuals to voting register. Demographic: men and women ages 17 - 50

Strategy: Develop a long term PR plan encompassing Media Relations, digital strategy, and partnerships
