6.3.2. Ticket resale service 6.3.2.1. As an exception to the measures set out in Article 6.3.1., and in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the present

rules and any other rules that might subsequently be issued by the FFT with regard to resale of TICKETS, starting from the official opening day of the Tournament, any Individual Purchaser, any Entity Purchaser consisting of a Works Council as stipulated in Article L. 2323-1 et seq. of the French Employment Code, and any tennis leagues, departmental committees and clubs affiliated with the FFT, may offer for sale the TICKETS they have purchased (ticket-only, Ground Passes or with Premium Packages) via the ticket resale service operated by the FFT and accessible from the website (the "Ticket Resale Service"). Only the Individual purchaser and entities mentioned above may offer for sale TICKETS legitimately purchased by them, but no one else, and in particular the Beneficiaries of TICKETS. ›› TICKET SALES are authorised only via the Ticket Resale Service.

›› The TICKET sales price corresponds to the price in force as of 13 April 2016 (price higher than the TICKET purchase price)

for tickets of equivalent category sold directly by the FFT via the Resale Service. 6.3.2.2. It should be noted that for TICKETS purchased on a ticket-only basis (i.e. without any associated services), either

individually or in sets (as part of a Ground Pass), only the TICKETS themselves may be sold, excluding any options (catering) ordered in addition to the TICKET via the Spectator Application. ›› For TICKETS purchased in sets as part of a Ground Pass,

since each individual ticket has a face value, it may be sold separately from the other TICKETS under the conditions set out in Article 6.3.2.1. ›› For TICKETS forming part of Premium Packages, the associated services cannot be separated, and such

TICKETS may thus not be sold on a ticket-only basis (i.e. without the associated services): all Premium Packages must be sold as a full package (ticket + services) at their nominal purchase price. It should be noted that TICKETS purchased on a ticket-only basis (i.e. without any associated services), either individually or in sets (as part of a Ground Pass), may be sold up to 4 PM on their day of validity. Premium Packages may be sold up to midnight of the day before the date of validity of the offer. 6.3.2.3. The initial purchaser (i.e. individual purchaser or entity purchaser, strictly as described above) may claim from the FFT

a refund of the price of the TICKET or TICKETS purchased provided that the TICKET(S) can be re-allocated to another party

acquiring them via the Ticket Resale Service. In this event, the TICKET sold to the initial purchaser will be cancelled and a new ticket printed out in the name of the new purchaser in accordance with the conditions in force. The initial purchaser will receive a refund for the cancelled TICKET(S) (based on the purchase price) minus any handling fees, which shall remain irrevocably the property of the FFT. Refunds will be made after the Tournament, on a date and according to the procedures to be announced subsequently by the FFT on its website. Purchasers are informed that last-minute tickets and tickets printed out in place of cancelled tickets may be sold by the Ticket Resale Service.

6.3.3. Promotional and/or commercial activities

It is strictly prohibited to use any TICKET as a medium for promotional and/or commercial activities, such as (but not restricted

to) (i) a prize for any competition, contest, lotterie, in-house motivation operations and any similar activities, (ii) as an element

of any travel offer, and/or (iii) as an element of any public relations service. Any infringement of this condition observed by

the FFT will lay the offender open to one or more of the penalties specified in Article 14, below, and without prejudice to any

civil or criminal charge. 6.3.4. Security checks

Spectators are hereby informed that in view of current circumstances, exceptional security measures may be implemented by

the FFT, and that this may result in lengthening of waiting times for entry to the Stadium. TICKET holders are consequently

urged to make their way to the Stadium in good time.

Spectators should regularly check the website www.rolandgarros.com as well as the internal stadium regulations in order to

fully prepare their visit to the Stadium.

event outside its control. 7.4. ›› The match schedule is forecast and is provided only for indication purposes. The changes that may be made to it will not

in any circumstances be grounds for the exchange or reimbursement of the TICKETS, or to any compensation. ARTICLE 8 – EVENING VISITORS OPERATION

8.1. Principle ›› In connection with the “Operation,” on the Site, for each of the days of Sunday 22 May to Monday 30 May 2016

inclusive, and solely for individuals, the FFT is marketing seats at a special rate (Evening Visitors Tickets) depending on the

seats freed up by spectators who have left the Stadium.

Evening visitors TICKETS which, for the days concerned, permit the purchase of a ticket providing access to one of the main

courts (Philippe-Chatrier, Suzanne-Lenglen or Court no. 1) of the stadium, as well as access to the outside courts nos. 2 to 18

(for the days from 23 to 28 May 2016) and nos. 1 to 18 (only for the 29 and 30 May 2016), starting at 5 p.m. until the end of

the competitions. The ordering and use of the TICKETS for the Operation comply with the conditions below, which, as the case may be and as

necessary, form exceptions to the provisions of Articles 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

8.2. Conditions pertaining to the ordering of TICKETS ›› Tickets are on sale every day during the Sales Period, from 5 pm

and until that day’s stock of tickets runs out. ›› Tickets put on sale every day during the Sales Period are valid exclusively for

the Tournament day immediately after the order (for example: a ticket ordered on 25 May 2016 at 11 pm or on 26 May 2016

at 12.30 am will enable access to the Stadium for the Tournament day taking place on 26 May 2016). ›› Orders for Evening

Visitor Tickets are carried out directly and exclusively on the Website. One ticket order per purchaser per day is allowed during

the Sales Period, with a maximum of two (2) tickets per order. ››

Tickets can be ordered in the name of the purchaser and/or in the name of one (or several) Beneficiary(-ies). Where necessary,

the purchaser must enter the first and last name(s) of the Beneficiary(-ies) when ordering. Payment for orders can only be

made on-line by credit/debit card.

8.3. Taking Receipt of TICKETS

›› When Evening visitors TICKETS are ordered, the tickets issued will be e-Tickets. The purchaser must download those e-

Tickets via his/her personal account. Where the e-Ticket is issued in the name of the purchaser, it must be printed under the

conditions of Article 6.2.1 above. Where the e-Ticket is issued in the name of a Beneficiary, the purchaser is able to send either

the e-Ticket by email (to be printed by the Beneficiary) or the already printed e-Ticket itself. 8.4. Conditions of use of TICKETS

›› Apart from the case described in Article 8.3 above, Evening visitors TICKETS may not be transferred, either at no cost or for

a charge. These tickets cannot, therefore, be transferred as per Article 6.2, or sold in the Ticket Resale Service.

8.5. Conditions of access to the Stadium

The Evening visitors TICKETS enables its Bearer (whether it is the purchaser or the Beneficiary) either to go directly only to

the outside courts nos. 2 to 18 (for the days from 22 to 28 May 2016) or nos. 1 to 18 (only for the day of 29 May 2016 and 30

May 2016), or to purchase a ticket allowing access to one of the main court (Philippe-Chatrier, Suzanne-Lenglen and Court no.

1) only while tickets and seats are available. Access to the outside courts

To enter the Stadium and go to one of the outside courts, the Bearer of an Evening visitors TICKETS must join the queue at the

Gate-B (which may only be accessed from 3 p.m. onwards), holding a print-out of his/her Evening visitors TICKETS; the print-

given to him/her along with a form of identification in his/her name. NOTE: ACCESS TO THE STADIUM’S OUTSIDE COURTS

visitors TICKETS must join the queue at the Gate-B- (which may only be accessed from 3 p.m. onwards), holding a print-out of

his/her Evening visitors TICKET; the print-out will be scanned in the queue and a pass-out ticket given to its Bearer. The Bearer

of an Evening visitors TICKET must then present the pass-out ticket given to him/her when the print-out of his/her Evening

visitors TICKET was scanned, to the official at the Gate-B- (which may only be accessed from 5 p.m. onwards). ›› Subject to

availability of seats on the main court wished for, the Evening visitors TICKET shall be cancelled and the pass-out ticket kept

by the official. A print-out of the Physical Ticket in the Bearer’s name will be given in return for payment of the difference

between the price of the Evening visitors TICKET and the price of the new ticket. ›› If no seats are available on the main court

wished for, the Bearer of Evening visitors TICKET may apply to purchase a Physical Ticket according to the procedure

described above for any other main court, or keep his/her Evening visitors TICKET to go to the outside courts. ›› If no seats

are available on any of the main courts, the Bearer of the Evening visitors TICKET will be able to go only to the Stadium’s

outside courts. ›› In any case, the Bearer acknowledges that the option of purchasing tickets that provide access to the main

court depends on the number of seats that have been freed up on these courts. The Bearer therefore explicitly waives any

recourse against the FFT in the event that he is not able to take advantage of this option due to the lack, partial or total, or seats

on the main courts. ›› To be able to enter the Stadium and, if possible, go to one of the main courts, the Bearer of a Physical

Ticket purchased by giving back the pass-out ticket issued after scanning of the print-out of his/her Evening visitors TICKET,

HAVE TO ATTEND THE GAMES SCHEDULED ON THE MAIN COURTS. The FFT urges bearers of Evening visitors TICKETS, on

the day they come to the Stadium, to check the progress of the games scheduled on the main courts, so that they can make

appropriate arrangements. In any case, no complaint will be accepted with regard to the viewing time of the games on

the main courts, and the TICKETS that provide access to these courts will not be reimbursed on such grounds.

8.6. Cancellation ›› If the Tournament should be cancelled entirely or partially and/or if the matches should be interrupted

or postponed for a reason beyond the control of the FFT (e.g., due to bad weather) or for reasons of security Evening visitors

TICKETS, and the Physical Tickets purchased in exchange for giving up the pass-out ticket printed after scanning of the print-

first served". Prices are the same as for Category 1 tickets on the court selected. The maximum numbers of tickets are the same

as those set out in Article 3.5.2. Any person of reduced mobility has the possibility of coming to the Stadium with an accompanying person (no more than one

accompanying person per reduced mobility ticket purchased). To take advantage of this, the purchaser should order an extra

the person concerned. ARTICLE 13 – DATA AND INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE MATCHES

The FFT is the official organiser of Roland-Garros. In this capacity, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.333-1 of the

Sports Code, it holds all the operating rights associated with it and in particular all the intangible items produced during or

and from any location of the Stadium whatsoever, whether at no charge or for a fee, any datum, statistic, item of information

or fact pertaining to the progression of any match during the Tournament (particularly, but not restrictively, relating to the

score directly point by point, match statistics, of a set or of games, notice given to a player by a chair umpire, a judging error, a

call by a player to the medic, injury, abandonment by a player, etc.) of which he/she may become aware. ›› If the prohibition

data storage accessories or any other media currently in existence and/or yet to be invented), without the prior explicit

authorisation of the FFT.

›› This prohibition targets especially, but is not limited to, any dissemination and/or any making available and/or any

incorporation of moving images and/or sound recordings captured in the interior of the Stadium, on sites or on-line

community file-sharing platforms, in any digital published media (webzines, and so on), and in any visual and/or sound work

or production (films, documentaries, drawings, photographs, etc.).

›› If the prohibition set forth in this Article 13 is breached, the offender opens himself to one or more of the penalties specified

in Article 14, below, without prejudice of any other action.

ARTICLE 15 – NON-ADHERENCE TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Without prejudice to any other action, the breach by the Purchaser and/or the Beneficiary of a Ticket of any of the provisions

of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, will lay the offender open to one and/or other of the following penalties:

15.1. Cancellation of the order ›› Any breach or violation by the Purchaser and/or the Beneficiary of a Ticket of any of the

provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, if the FFT so sees fit, may result in the immediate and automatic

cancellation of his/her order, without any administrative measures. In such a case, the Purchaser shall not be able to collect

the Ticket(s) arising out of such order (which will then be put back on sale by the FFT) and/or will be refused entry to the

interior of the Stadium.

15.2. Cancellation of the sale ›› Any breach or violation by the Purchaser or the Beneficiary of a Ticket of any of the provisons

of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, if the FFT so sees fit, may result in the immediate and automatic cancellation of

of that person’s presence within the Stadium, shall cause that person to be expelled outside the Stadium.

15.4. Exclusion Lists ›› Any violation of any of the stipulations in these general terms and conditions, and furthermore any

fraud or attempted fraud which is noted by the FFT (in particular but not exclusively one same PURCHASER ordering TICKETS

sell one or more TICKET(S) in particular on bidding or re-sale websites etc.), will cause the FFT, if they deem it necessary (in

particular based on the seriousness of the infraction that has been recorded), to place the PURCHASER or the identified

Beneficiary on a specific exclusion list ("Exclusion List No.1") banning them from any opportunity of ordering TICKETS for

Page 14: TICKETING – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

organised by the FFT. ›› Any PURCHASER or Beneficiary of a TICKET which provides access to the Tournament should also

note that the FFT is liable to place on a second specific exclusion list ("Exclusion List No.2") any person who is the subject of

a competition and/or stadium ban handed down (i) by the FFT’s disciplinary committee or (ii) by international tennis

governing bodies (ITF, ATP, WTA, etc.). Any person on Exclusion List No.2 will be banned from entering the Stadium during

the Tournament and any subsequent French Opens for as long as they feature on this list, and also for any other event organised

by the FFT. Any person on Exclusion List No.2 will also be refused any document (ticket, accreditation, etc.) entitling them to

access to the interior of Stadium during the Tournament and any subsequent French Opens for as long as they feature on this

list, and also from obtaining documents to any other event organised by the FFT. Any document (ticket, accreditation, etc.)

which entitles the bearer to access to the interior of Stadium or to the site of any other event organised by the FFT which the

person may be in possession of at the time or after their inclusion on Exclusion List No.2 will be cancelled. ›› The conditions

regarding personal data appearing on Exclusion List No.1 and Exclusion List No.2 are set out in Article 16.4. below.

15.5.›› The fact that the FFT does not take advantage of the breach by the Purchaser or the beneficiary of any of the stipulations

of the GTCS shall not be interpreted as being a waiver by the FFT of its right to take advantage of such breach at a later time.

ARTICLE 16 – PERSONAL PARTICULARS

16.1.›› The personal data of the Individual Purchaser gathered at the time of his/her order are processed by computer. These

promotional and/or commercial email messages, subject to the Individual Purchaser approving by checking the appropriate

box on the order form or on his/her personal area within the Site. ›› The FFT reserves the right, except in the case of explicit

notification to the contrary by the Individual Purchaser, to send the Individual Purchaser commercial offers for products

and/or services similar to those ordered. 16.4. ››The personal data of Individual Purchasers who figure on Exclusion List No.1 as stated in Article 15.4. above may

remain there for a maximum time period of three (3) years from the date on which they are added to the aforementioned list,

with the exception of cases of unpaid debts (in this case, the data including the name of the Individual Purchaser is removed

as soon as payment is settled). ››The personal data of Individual Purchasers who figure on Exclusion List No.2 as stated in

Article 15.4. above will remain there for as long as the competition and/or Stadium ban pronounced against them by a

disciplinary body of the FFT or by an international tennis governing body. ›› In accordance with the recommendations of the

CNIL (French Data Protection Committee), Exclusion List No.1 and Exclusion List No.2 include the reasons why each person

Exclusion Lists has been cleared in advance for implementation by the CNIL.

16.5. ›› When paying for their purchases during the Tournament at the various points of sale within the Stadium, spectators

at the Tournament will be invited to have their TICKETS scanned by the sales staff at the points of sale. This process is not

compulsory, and each spectator remains free to accept or to refuse to present their TICKET for scanning at the time of payment

of purchases. ›› Should they accept, the scanning of the TICKET will then collect information related to the purchases made

(time of purchase, products purchased, amount spent), as well as personal data (TICKET number). ›› The information and the

data that are collected are strictly for internal use only by the FFT and will be subject to the strictest security measures. They

will never be passed on to anyone else under any circumstances and will only be kept for a limited period of time. Their purpose

is to enable the FFT to compile more detailed statistics on the spectators coming to Roland-Garros.

freedoms, dated 6 January 1978, as amended in 2004, the Individual Purchaser or the Beneficiary has the right to access and,

as appropriate, have corrected or deleted personal details concerning her/him. Each person which is on the Exclusion List No.1
