Thickness Gauge S&G Technologies Don Mills, Ont.

S&G Technologies’ CPC-48 thickness gauge provides a noncontact measurement instrument for both wet and dry paint. It was designed for closed-loop process con- trol and has the ability to test every item manufactured. All paints on the market-solvent-based, water-based, and powder coatings-can be measured using the CPC- 48. Because of its compact size, 3 X 3 X 9 in., and light weight, 4 lb., the CPC-48 can be attached to a robotic system and integrated into any painting process. It can be used individually or as an array of units that functions as an entire measurement system.
