CRQSQ7oGH~2 On July 291 1969, the Intern· ·~onal ~velopmant Association ·(IDA) made a credit equivalent to $1(!5 miD.ion to help finance the detailed engineering fol"" n~'tY alignments of tuo ma ·.n roads in Ghana with a total length ot 2.35 miles. The area served by the roads contain over 60% of the population, including the three largest cities and the t'tiO w..ain sea.po t , and has the greutos .. ~ potential for ·u·~uro 'ccnom!c gro•·iih. ·
