The 40th Ontario General Election will be held on October 6th, 2011.

It will elect Members of the Legislative Assembly ( MPPs ) of Ontario.

In the 2007 election, Ontario Liberal Party formed a majority government,

with the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario ( PC Party ) serving as

the Official Opposition and the Ontario New Democratic Party ( NDP ) serving

as a third party.

Dalton James Patrick McGuinty Junior is the incumbent Premier of the Prov-ince of Ontario.

On February 23rd, 2009, McGuinty introduced the Ontario Green Energy Act,

with the intent to expand renewable energy production, encourage energy conservation, and create so–called green jobs.

Under Canada Revenue Agency rules, REGISTERED CHARITIES ARE FORBID-

DEN TO PUSH A PARTISAN POLITICAL STANCE.

As a result of his POLITICAL INTERFERENCE in the Ontario General Election,

DAVID SUZUKI WAS FORCED TO QUIETLY STEP DOWN from the Board of Di-

rectors of David Suzuki Foundation during summer of 2011.


But Suzuki and the foundation are « one–in–the–same », insisted John

Laforet, President of Wind Concerns Ontario.

According to Laforet ―

Gregory Thomas of Canadian Taxpayers Federation agreed.

Given Suzuki’s close ties to the foundation, he said, there could be a CON-

FLICT–OF–INTEREST with his endorsement of McGuinty.


In 2010, David Suzuki Foundation RECEIVED BETWEEN 100,000 AND

250,000 DOLLARS from The Ontario Trillium Foundation.

PAY–OFFS under the guise of GOVERNMENT GRANTS to Environmental–

Terrorist–Organizations is NOTHING NEW for Trillium.

Trillium is an agency of the Government of

Ontario, and is the LARGEST FUNDER of the environmental not–for–profit sector in On-

tario.

This agency has been used to provide PAY–OFFS to those who support the ENVIRO–

LUNATIC MASTER–BASTERD PREMIER of the

Province of Ontario.

Trillium operates as a FINANCIAL SHIELD to provide direct funding to Environmental–Terrorist–Organizations.

Trillium is also used to FINANCE ANTI–PESTICIDE ORGANIZATIONS that

CONSPIRED to PROHIBIT pest control products in the Urban Landscape.

Observers estimate that The Ontario Trillium Foundation SPENT OVER 2,000,000 DOLLARS ON THE CONSPIRACY TO PROHIBIT PEST CONTROL

PRODUCTS.


On April 22nd, 2009, the Government of Ontario ARBITRARILY PROHIBITED

pest control products that are, in fact, HEALTH–CANADA–APPROVED, FEDER-

ALLY–LEGAL, and SCIENTIFICALLY–SAFE.

This NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS PROHIBITION led to the DE-

STRUCTION OF THE MODERN PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE INDUSTRY.

In fact, PROHIBITION WAS UNNECESSARY since pest control products are

carefully regulated by Health Canada to protect health or environment.

Moreover, government money acquired from law–abiding tax–payers and businesses in the Professional Lawn Care Industry was DIVERTED through

Trillium to ANTI–PESTICIDE ORGANIZATIONS.

The Professional Lawn Care Industry’s TAX–DOLLARS were used to DESTROY

its companies.

Between 2001 and 2006, Trillium funded over 600 environmental projects

across Ontario worth more than 47 million dollars.

In 2007, annual funding was boosted to 105 million from 100 million dollars.

Additionally, Trillium FINANCED the SUBVERSIVE CONSPIRACY TO PROHIBIT

pest control products.

While the Government of Ontario was seemingly listening to all stake–holders regarding the fate of « cosmetic pesticides », it was ostensibly

CONSPIRING towards the demise of the Professional Lawn Care Industry by PROVIDING FREE MONEY TO SUBVERSIVE TAX–EXEMPT ANTI–PESTICIDE

ORGANIZATIONS.


In 2007–2008 alone, almost 500,000 DOLLARS was provided by The Ontario

Trillium Foundation to ANTI–PESTICIDE ORGANIZATIONS.

During the period 1999–2009, over 1,5000,000 DOLLARS was provided to ANTI–PESTICIDE ORGANIZATIONS.

Thanks to Trillium funding, SUBVERSIVE LOBBYING AND ADVERTISING or-

chestrated by ANTI–PESTICIDE ORGANIZATIONS guaranteed the passage of the Ontario Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act.

Trillium claims that the money was never given for this purpose.

But hey !

Trillium DID at least PAY FOR THE INFRA–STRUCTURES OF ANTI–PESTICIDE

ORGANIZATIONS.

Evidently, ANTI–PESTICIDE ORGANIZATIONS used Trillium money, directly

or indirectly, to CONSPIRE TO PROHIBIT PEST CONTROL PRODUCTS.

Clearly, it is a CONFLICT–OF–INTEREST to use government grants for the purpose of CONSPIRING TO PROHIBIT pest control products that are, other-

wise, HEALTH–CANADA–APPROVED, FEDERALLY–LEGAL, and SCIENTIFICAL-

LY–SAFE.

Coincidentally, VAST SUMS OF MONEY were provided by The Ontario Trillium

Foundation during the period of time covering the public debates on PROHI-

BITION for the City of Toronto and the Province of Ontario ( 2001 – 2008 ).

In 2004, the Court of Appeal for Ontario unfortunately concluded that City of

Toronto DID have the authority to PROHIBIT pest control products.

In 2008, the Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act was unfortunately legislated by the

Government of Ontario.


In BOTH CASES, the SUCCESSFUL PASSAGE OF THESE PROHIBITIONS were

clearly INFLUENCED by Trillium, as well as by other sources of financing.

In 1999 and 2001, Trillium even financed ANTI–PESTICIDE ORGANIZATIONS to provide the means and/or the infra–structure to legally challenge the Pro-

fessional Lawn Care Industry in the PROHIBITION IN TOWN OF HUDSON,

QUEBEC.

On June 28th, 2001, The Supreme Court of Canada unfortunately UPHELD

THE ACTS OF SUBVERSION by the Town of Hudson which prohibited the use

of pest control products for the Professional Lawn Care Industry and Do–It–

Yourself Homeowners.

Essentially, The Ontario Trillium Foundation SQUANDERED MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ON THE SUBVERSIVE ANTI–PESTICIDE CONSPIRACY OF PROHIBI-

TION.

OVER 2,000,000 DOLLARS !

The Ontario Trillium Foundation SQUANDERED AND MISAPPROPRIATED MIL-

Overall, observers estimate that this PROHIBITION CONSPIRACY cost Tril-

According to Canada Revenue Agency, registered charities « cannot be in-

volved in partisan political activities » including « attempts to sway pub-

lic opinion on social issues ».

The breaking of such rules could mean reprimands such as mandatory edu-

cation around Canada Revenue Agency regulations, fines, or a REVOCATION

OF CHARITY STATUS.

The Canada Revenue Agency takes abuse of Canada’s tax laws very serious-

ly.

When an individual or business does not fully comply with tax legislation, an

unfair burden is placed on law–abiding tax–payers and businesses, and the

integrity of Canada's tax base is jeopardized.
