HOW DOES IT WORK?Upon purchase and application by an Authorised Retailer of VX Protect, you will be electronically registered onto the VX Protect register. Your cover will remain active until such time as you sell, part exchange or dispose of the vehicle. Please see full terms and conditions of the guarantee for further information.

WHAT IS COVERED?VX Protect guarantees that the paintwork of treated vehicles will not suffer noticeable deterioration of the gloss finish. The warranty also covers fabric seats and carpets suffering permanent stains from beverages or similar liquids.

Unlike polishes which will eventually remove a layer of paint from the surface, VX Protect paint sealant forms a high tech microfilm that bonds to your car’s paintwork, leaving a high gloss finish which prevents the accumulation of dirt and repels ultra violet rays, pollution and acid rain. This helps keep your car looking as good as the day you bought it and all you have to do is wash it - what could be easier?

UNPROTECTED CAR PAINT

If left unprotected, deterioration begins from day one. Pollution, acid rain and UV rays will begin to oxidise the paint.

UNPROTECTED AFTER 1 YEAR

The paint has started to oxidise and the grime in the low points can only be cleaned with a cutting polish which removes a layer of paint.

The paint, once treated, is protected by a durable barrier. This helps maintain the high gloss shine and protects against contaminants.

T INTERIORPROTECTIONWhen your interior has been treated with VX Protect, there’s no need to cry over spilled milk, or chocolate, or mud.

VX Protect shields the fabrics and carpets in your car by coating each fibre with a resin based formula that prevents staining and shrugs off spillages and dirt, making them easy to remove with a gentle cleaning solution. This invisible barrier reduces friction between fibres, prolonging the life of the material while retaining it’s natural texture and appearance.

UNPROTECTED FABRIC

Liquid and dirt is free to penetrate the fibres of untreated seats.

STAINED FABRIC

These fibres have been stained by a coffee spill. Often, stains are rubbed while trying to remove them, making them worse and ingrained to the fabric.

VX PROTECTED FABRIC

Once coated, liquids and dirt can’t penetrate the fabric and may pass between or rest above the fibres, but won’t affect them.
