At the same time, there is no other company that combines crop protection & seeds expertise and innovation power in the same breadth and depth than we do. In addition, there are opportunities, such as in Emerging Markets, which are yet to be fully realized. Syngenta does have significant growth potential. But to realize it, the company needs to shift from operating in silos, and product offering mindset to bringing total crop solutions for the customer. As a result, Syngenta has started to explore ways to leverage across business and organizational boundaries in order to better serve customer needs with integrated offers. The ICS approach, the creation of Lawn & Garden, and the creation of one business for CP & Seeds in Brazil are examples where the company is thinking and now operating differently. SBS has now gone live to provide a global platform of IS, HR and Finance services to all of Syngenta, and when it is implemented, which should make Syngenta more agile and flexible in doing business and capturing opportunities across all environments.
