SPECIFIC GUEST PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS Must satisfy four or more to qualify. Priority acceptance will be given to those with maximum criteria met.

o Amenities – Provides children with personalized gifts.

o Education and Learning – Includes cultural learning experiences and programs, which may include exchanges with communities or hands-on activities with locals.

o Equipment – For all excursions, tours, or off-property experiences, outfits family members of all sizes and ages with suitable gear and equipment. Example: For a biking activity, offers variety of sizes, bike trailer, and/or tandem options.

o Inclusive Experiences – Includes activities, programs, or facilities that cater to travelers of all ages and offer accessibility for those with physical restrictions or disabilities.

o Sleeping Experiences – Provides fun and creative sleeping environments that appeal to kids like teepees, tents, huts, or bunks.

o Teens – Includes activities, programs, or facilities oriented for older children, including designated teen areas, clubs, arcades, or concierge.

o Water Activities – Offers activities beyond a pool, such as waterslides, water playgrounds, boats, or paddle boards.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS Must satisfy all to qualify

o Family Focus – Places clear focus on families as evidenced by standard ongoing offerings, such as complimentary extra bed and promotions like kids stay or eat free.

o Accommodations – Without compromising comfort, offers family-friendly accommodations such as villas, suites, multi-bedroom suites, twin-bedded guest rooms, or connecting rooms of different types.

o Activities – Beyond swimming pools and tennis courts, offers activities entire families can do together such as classes, excursions, cultural activities, sports, and adventures.

o Dining – Provides family-friendly dining options to suit tastes ranging from the youngest to more discriminating adult palates.

o Kids-Only Zones – Operates immersive programs, activities, or excursions that during which kids can have fun, romp, learn, and be kids, and parents can relax.

o Virtuoso Amenity – Partners must offer a value- added amenity (if not already provided).
