Construction Contract Administration works closely with the architect and handpicked

contractors, taking care of the day-to-day, hands-on details. With us as your team, we give

particulars like getting the appropriate permits to start construction, and we get a handle on

all the ends well before they ever become loose.

As construction progresses, we deliver monthly updates including progress photos so you

can be there every step of the way, without actually having to be there. And in the loop

you’ll stay as we review submittals, coordinate billing, ensure quality control, and complete

the punch list.

One of our favorite parts of the process is watching our homeowners as they do the
