While 2,520 general hospitals received a safety score, only 790, or 31 percent, garnered an “A” rating. This is the sixth consecutive year that Valley Hospital has secured the highest score, and the medical center is among only 204 hospitals across the nation to receive an “A” rating for all six years that the reports have been issued.
