TONIGHT’S GAME: The Hartwick Hawks find themselves in sixth place in the Empire 8 standings with three matches left to play. ’Wick is 11-5-2 in 18 previous meetings with the Pio- neers. The Hawks have won four straight match- es against UC. RECENT RESULTS: Hartwick tied Hamil- ton 1-1 on the road on Sunday for a solid result against a NESCAC opponent. After falling be- hind in the second half, the Hawks came right back just 1:18 later to tie the score. A service from Kiley Richardson found the head of Madi- son Miller at the top of the Hamilton box. Miller headed the ball past a charging Rachel Cooley and into the empty net. It marked Miller’s fourth goal of the season and Richardson’s first assist of the campaign. Utica lost an 8-0 decision to nationally fifth ranked Stevens on Saturday. The Ducks out-shot UC 38-2 for the game. Allison Wagner made 16 saves in the Pioneer goal. Keri Berkowitz leads the team in points with 12 (3g, 6a). Ciara McIlvenney and Jenna Mazza each have contributed four goals on the season.
