COMES NOW, at least two affirmed American Nationals to petition the United States, in

Congress assembled to re-claim the following abandoned townships in the following States for

the purpose of re-development and re-population.

the United States, in Congress assembled. The United States, in Congress assembled reserves the

right to fulfill the terms and conditions of the North West Ordinance with this claim as a guide

for the settlers. Furthermore, the United States, in Congress assembled reserves the right to

access the permanent fund of the Land Trust that was established by Act of Continental

Congress, May 20, 1785 in whatever form of currency is available to the current trustees of the

permanent fund. However, in whatever form of currency that is available to the current trustees

of the permanent fund, the United States, in Congress assembled reserves the right to define said

currency as full title currency. The United States, in Congress assembled reserve the right to

make this claim in the form of a bill and order to the trustees on behalf of the beneficiaries.
