Tony Kofkin Tony is the dynamic leader and Managing Partner of Kofkin Bond &

Co – a leading financial services company focused on wealth

management. He is also an accomplished and in-demand speaker for

the financial services industry, both within Australia and overseas.

Tony knows a thing or two about success. His career in the financial

services industry began in 1991. Over the next 17 years, he built one of Australia’s most successful

privately-owned firms, employing 55 people and managing $1.6 billion in private client wealth. After

selling the bulk of this business in 2008, Tony and his partner continued consulting, servicing 50 high net

worth clients. They eventually founded Kofkin Bond & Co, which they have grown to become one of the

most highly innovative and diversified firms in Australia. Today, Kofkin Bond & Co has offices in

Melbourne, Sydney and Chicago and is helping clients worldwide create bright financial futures.

However, Tony’s success isn’t limited strictly to the business realm. He has a strong background in sport,

having competed for Australia in three different disciplines. As a junior, he represented Australia in

swimming, before progressing to triathlons in 1988, 1989, 1990 and 2012. He holds the world record for

being the youngest person to have ever completed an Ironman triathlon in four different decades. Tony

also competed at the International Tang Soo Do world championships in the UK in 1999 and is a second

dan black belt.

Lisa McInnes-Smith Lisa McInnes-Smith is one of Australia's most highly regarded

Samantha Chambers-Skeggs Samantha Chambers-Skeggs is a change enabler, strengths finder,

speaker and trainer, who helps professionals implement positive

change. Samantha sees how the accelerating pace of change is

committed to helping people stay ahead.

Samantha has worked on large-scale change programs with some of

Roger Smith

Roger Smith is an expert in personal, digital and business security,

with over 32 years’ experience in the information and

communications technology (ICT) space. He started his career in the

Australian Navy in 1982 and has since become the CEO of R&I ICT

Consulting Services. Here, he works with SMEs, not-for-profit

As a veteran and cyber specialist, Roger is focused on one thing – increasing awareness of the issues
