Parents with Person with Disabilities (PWD) children are ageing, so are their

special children (Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spastics). There will

come a time when the parents will need personal care and services and at the

same time they will need to look their child or children who are PWD The biggest

question is “who will take care of the PWD as well as the parents when they age

and need services and care?”

We ensure that quality and guaranteed care is provided to the PWD after the life

of the parents and that the system is perfected to ensure that the special children

get quality care and services for their life time.

designs. A range of height supports & brackets facilitates designs that compensate

for disabilities resulting from old age or the physically challenged. Pressalit Care®

products are manufactured in Denmark, the domicile of the company. Today the

company operates throughout the world and provides services and consultancy for

tailor made products.

PWD - PERSON WITH DISABILITIES

PRESSALIT CARE BATHROOM SOLUTIONS

Some of the seniors may suffer either from long term or short-term disabilities. The long-term disabilities maybe

age related geriatric problems and short-term disabilities could be after undergoing a knee/hip surgery or heart

surgery etc. Some of them may need assistance in doing their daily chores like bathing, toileting etc.

The rehabilitation assistance for these ailments requires either continuous or temporary support by Nurse/Care

Givers/ Physiotherapists or other trained personnel. The assistance required includes toileting, bathing,

administering medicines, physiotherapy, hospital visits for periodic check up and encouragement to lead an

active life. CovaiCare® moves such senior citizens to the specially created Assisted Care Centre where they will

be given professional care and attention.

Assisted Care Centres are on the model of “Pay and Use” since the care required may be short or long term.
