    SITUATIONThe Tui Steading was once part of Newhouse Farm and is situated in open farmland in the area of Green Belt which extends between the Dalmahoy Golf Course and Balerno, approximately 9 miles from the city centre.

    Nearby there is a good range of local facilities in Balerno, Currie and Ratho, while more extensive shopping can be found at the Gyle Shopping Centre and Hermiston Gait. Leisure facilities in the area, aside from the Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club and the Edinburgh International Climbing Arena, include various golf courses and delightful walks, including the Water of Leith walkway and the open spaces of the Pentland Hills Regional Park. The front door opens into a hallway with an impressive open plan living space to one side and the sleeping accommodation to the other, with a staircase leading to the additional accommodation, including a gallery, on the first floor.

    The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, divided by worktop peninsula and chimney breast respectively, has a spectacular vaulted ceiling giving the room an incredible sense of space and allowing natural light to pour in.
