The TowerIntroducing the Defensive Tower! “Camelot’s architects have finished research on the latest in castle defense. You can now build a Defensive Tower through each city’s Wall! Once constructed, the Tower will participate in battles where you are attacked, even if your troops are set to Hide. The Tower does not take up spaces on the wall and does not require resources as Upkeep. If the Tower is destroyed in battle, your citizens will automatically repair it once the battle ends. The Tower does not participate in Scouting marches and it cannot defend your city if the Tower is being upgraded. Armor Plating to further upgrade your Defensive Tower will be released soon! The Tower does not receive boosts from the existing Throne Room buffs, to ensure that everybody starts with a level playing field and no player immediately has an advantage. The only Throne Room buffs that will boost the Tower’s stats are the Tower specific buffs that can be found in Jewels (found in Dark Forests, Wilds, and PvP combat) and in future Throne Room items. The Tower has its own stat caps to reflect the difference in your mighty defenses compared to a single troop. Its Accuracy can be raised significantly higher than your troops. The Tower does not receive boosts from your Champion but also cannot be debuffed by your opponent’s Champion. The tower you can freely build on the wall of any city providing you have a lvl 11 wall. Starting at lvl 1

you can build free till level 4. For the higher levels you need armored plating to continue your building

journey.

Followed by Corbel, Bartizan, Oriel, Meurtriere and the final lvl for now, at lvl 11, the Spy Glass.

The Tower doesn't do anything unique in regards to Might. The existing buildings in the game

also get a Might multiplier based on your Ascension level (for example, the Cottages go from

10 to 40-ish at level 6 Ascension). I just don't think anybody paid much attention to it since the

Might levels for the old buildings were so low compared to what you get from training a lot of

troops and the TR/CH.

The Might multiplier is on buildings per Ascension level. . It's not a flat

multiplier, it's done on a building by building basis. They had set it up so

the buildings that cost more resources/took longer to build would have

the largest Might boost by Ascension level, so that's why the Tower gets

such a large boost.

Here are the base Might values for the Tower

(what you'd get in an un-Ascended city).

In the message announcing the new Tower, kabam stated that it workers would begin

repairing the Tower right after a battle if it is destroyed, and that when ascending it is

dismantled the same way any normal building is. (Meaning that when you ascend to a new

level, you lose Tower progress.)

The STATS & Caps

Tower Attack 2000% -25%

Tower Defense 5000% -25%

Tower Life 500% -50%

Tower Range 200% -25%

Tower Accuracy 1500 0.1%

The Throne Room Items

The Bright Jewels can enhance the 6th line even further with Tower stats.

You can/could have some or all items equipped in your AFK Throne Room.

Is it worth it?

Little annoying attacks it will kill..

It will always kill something unless out ranged..

When outranged it will be killed…

But when enemy applies a bit of a TR, even above will kill a lvl10

Applying Xbows ( with bonus to Xbows via the Table) does already

much better.

But Unfortunately the Xbows don’t rebuild themselves like the tower.

( 1000 bonus to Xbows is all you need)

And it’s great at killing these “Greedy” farm runs and leave you with a

grin

So Safe to say, a tower alone is not going to do it, but a combination of

Tower with Xbows & field defenses could.

Also.. you can obtain good results with Tower cards + Range Debuff

Squeeze in bonus to x-bows as well, and the results are pretty good.

FACTSHEET You loose tower progress when Ascending to a new level

You should be safe at ascension level 6, as Rockyou has stated it

will not release the remaining ascension levels. ( too costly)

For now lvl 11 is the highest you can get for tower, but subject to

change, aka other items could be released taking it to lvl 12 or lvl

13.

Due to the might gain of the towers, rest assure players will

“abuse” it in classical tournaments of might and other TOM’s.

When new testing with more TR cards reveal other results, or

better this tutorial will be updated. ( Updated 12-07-2015)

For now , you decide if it is a useful or useless addition to the

game….

: Sharing is knowledge, and a lot of players are not sharing. Yes it

gives you and edge, or advantage, but it leaves also many people clueless. The

objective of these tutorials, is to teach, learn, educate players so ALL players have

a better under understanding of the game. The more players participate, the

better the overall experience is for all players. More attacking and defending

means “lively” domains full of activity.
